Welcome to Legacy Classical Christian Academy Admissions Process!

Admission to Legacy Classical is a comprehensive process designed to ensure that each student and family aligns with our values and educational mission. Admission to LCCA consists of the following mandatory components:

Admission Steps

  • Step 1

    Complete the Initial Contact Form

    Please complete the general information form, and our Admissions Office will promptly reach out to furnish you with further details pertaining to your inquiry.

  • Step 2

    Complete an Application

    After the Admissions Committee reviews the questionnaire, you may be invited to apply. An email will be sent with a link to our application. At the end of the application, you will pay $75 per student. You will also be required to upload current/previous report cards, standardized test scores, any diagnostic or psychological evaluation results (IEP/504), vaccinations (or exemption), and a current headshot of each child.

  • Step 3

    Attend a Family Interview

    Both parent(s)/guardian(s) and any others (such as a grandparent or hired private tutor) who will participate regularly with at-home work, as well as the prospective student(s) and sibling(s), should plan to attend this meeting, which focuses on grade placement and your family’s unique relationship with Legacy Classical. You will receive information regarding dates for your family interview after your application is received. Family interviews happen after assessments.

  • Step 4

    Complete Admissions Assessments

    Assessments cannot be scheduled if any mandatory documents are missing. Each prospective student is given a formal assessment so that our administration can make a well-informed recommendation for grade placement. Assessments typically take between 1 and 1½ hours. You will receive information regarding assessments after your application is received.

All monies are non-refundable. All tuition and fees are contractual amounts and are non-refundable. A family’s total invoice must be paid by February 1 of that school year.

Any monies paid to the school whether it is for Educational Therapy, tutoring, a Friday elective, a field trip, or any fee, is non-refundable. Please take this into consideration when you choose Legacy Classical. The parent is liable for the total amount and will be asked to pay the total amount whether or not the student completes the school year (or completes any other service) provided by Legacy Classical. All monies are non-refundable.

Legacy Classical Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, and activities generally accorded or made available to its students and does not discriminate on the basis of race in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and athletic and other school administered programs.

Legacy Classical Christian Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the hiring of its school personnel. However, in order that the school’s spiritual objectives might be achieved, all staff members, whether employed, contracted, or volunteer, must be willing to sign a Statement of Faith which states that he or she is in agreement with the school’s Spiritual Objectives.
